Payments, Revisions & Delivery

All payments, revisions, timelines, and delivery expectations are governed by GMS Partners’ Terms of Service.

This includes:

• Non-refundable payments

• Limited revision structures

• Project timelines and communication expectations

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service at our discretion based on alignment, scope, or project requirements.

Legal Terms & Full Agreement

All legal terms, including but not limited to:

• Ownership and licensing

• Payment policies

• Project terms

• Liability limitations

• Arbitration and governing law
